Tuna Noodle Casserole (Open Fire)

Equipment
Large cast-iron skillet or Dutch oven, long-handled spoon
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 3–4 cups Pasta (box or bag), cooked
- 2 cans Tuna Fish (drained)
- ½ cup Augason Farms Cheese Sauce Mix or Cheese Blend Powder
- ¼ cup Augason Farms Butter Powder
- ½–¾ cup Augason Farms NonFat Milk (prepared)
- 1 cup Augason Farms Spinach Flakes or Broccoli Florets & Stems + Sliced Carrots (rehydrated)
- Optional: Kernel Corn or Cream Corn
Directions
- Cook pasta in a pot over the fire. Rehydrate vegetables.
- Make cheese sauce in the skillet by mixing powders with hot water + prepared milk over low coals.
- Stir in tuna, vegetables, and pasta. Heat through over medium coals, stirring, 5–10 minutes.
